Ormskirk is the market town at the top of our patch, straight up the A59. We cover the town centre around the clock tower, plus Aughton, Burscough, Scarisbrick and Lathom. We also go across to Skelmersdale.
The parish church here has a tower and a spire side by side, which you will not see in many places. The market runs on Thursdays and Saturdays. Edge Hill University brings in lots of students, so landlords here need EICRs on a regular cycle.
