Chester is at the south end of our patch, down the M53. We cover the city centre, Hoole, Handbridge, Upton, Boughton, Blacon and Saltney. Ellesmere Port is on the way.
The centre is inside the old city walls, with the Rows, the Eastgate Clock and the cathedral. Many buildings there are listed, so the work has to be planned with care. The University of Chester means lots of student lets. Every one needs an EICR on a cycle.
