Electrical contractors covering Manchester

Manchester is the far east end of our patch, along the M62 and the East Lancashire Road. We come here mainly for commercial contracts and for landlords with more than one property.

The city centre is full of offices and shops, from Spinningfields to the Northern Quarter and Ancoats. That is where our fit-outs, boards, lighting and commercial testing go on. Trafford Park, just over the line in Trafford, has the warehouses and works where our industrial side comes in.

Fallowfield and Withington are packed with student lets. The Victorian terraces in Levenshulme, Longsight and Rusholme are often rented too. Every one of those needs an EICR at least every five years.
