Maghull is a short run up the A59 from Liverpool, past Switch Island. We cover the whole town, from Central Square and Maghull station to Maghull North, plus Lydiate and Melling close by.
The Leeds and Liverpool Canal runs right through the town. Most of the houses around it went up in the 1960s and 1970s, so a lot of them are due a new consumer unit. Newer homes are going up on the edge of town too. Landlords here need EICRs like everywhere else.
Aintree Racecourse sits between Maghull and the city, so we are never far away when something trips and will not reset.
